You choose the service, book a time, and a certified, background-checked professional comes to your home with everything needed. No equipment or preparation is required from your side.
Which areas do you serve?
We currently serve Toronto, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Aurora, Markham, Newmarket, North York, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Do I need to prepare anything before the appointment?
No. Your service provider will bring any required tools, equipment, or materials. If something specific is needed, we will notify you in advance.
How do I book a service?
You can book online through our website, select your preferred service and time, and receive instant confirmation.
Can I book multiple services on the same day?
Yes. You can book several services back-to-back or at the same time depending on availability.
Do you offer same-day or next-day appointments?
Yes, depending on availability. We recommend booking early for guaranteed time slots.
How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 working hours' notice.
How do I reschedule an appointment?
You can reschedule directly through your confirmation email or by contacting us. No fees apply with 24+ working hours’ notice.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
Missed sessions without notice may be charged the full session fee, as the provider sets aside the time exclusively for you.
Which payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, and offer payment plans for select services. You can choose to pay upfront or opt for a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plan based on the service.
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
Most services do not require upfront payment. Some may require a small deposit for long sessions or specialty bookings.
