Welcome to At Home Service ("we," "us," "our"). By booking any of our services, visiting our website, or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
At Home Service is a platform that connects clients with mobile personal trainers and wellness professionals who provide in-home, park, condo, studio, or virtual sessions throughout the GTA.
2. Independent Contractors
All professionals listed on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of At Home Service.
We are not responsible for their actions, conduct, or performance.
We do not accept responsibility for injury, theft, damage, harassment, lateness, or any negative experience that occurs during or after a session.
3. Our Responsibility (or Lack of It)
At Home Service only facilitates connections between clients and professionals.
We are not liable for:

Any injury, pain, or health issues during or after sessions.

Stolen or damaged personal property

Aggressive or inappropriate behavior by trainers or clients

Unmet fitness or wellness goals

Any misconduct or disagreement between client and provider
Use our services at your own risk. You are responsible for your space and safety.
4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made online via our official website.

Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise arranged.

We do not accept cash or offline payments without prior agreement.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

No-show or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

Your first session comes with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee — if you are unhappy, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund, no questions asked.
6. Trainer Availability
We do our best to match you with a trainer of your choice. However, we cannot guarantee:

Trainer availability at your preferred time

A specific trainer long-term

Exact training style match
We reserve the right to change your assigned trainer without notice if needed.
7. User Conduct
You agree to:

Behave respectfully with trainers and team members

Provide a safe, clean, and suitable environment for in-person sessions

Avoid inappropriate, illegal, or abusive behavior

Not attempt to steal or hire trainers outside the platform (this is strictly prohibited)
Violation of these rules may result in being banned from the platform.
8. Trainer Conduct
All trainers are expected to:

Maintain professional boundaries

Be punctual and respectful

Respect client privacy

Follow our code of conduct and health/safety policies
Clients are encouraged to report any trainer concerns to us immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, At Home Service is not liable for:

Injuries, accidents, or complications

Emotional distress

Equipment malfunctions

Theft or loss of property

Any damages, direct or indirect, arising from use of our services
