Questions about in-home personal training

How much does an in-home personal trainer cost?
One-on-one sessions start at $85. Partner training starts at $60 per person, and virtual sessions at $60. Your first session is free.
I'm out of shape and nervous. Is this for me?
Yes. Most of our clients are beginners or people who feel uncomfortable in gyms. Your trainer starts exactly where you are, goes at your pace, and nobody else is watching.
What happens in the free session?
Your trainer visits, asks about your goals, health and schedule, checks how you move, and walks you through a gentle workout. Then you decide. There is no sales pressure and nothing to sign.
Do I need equipment or a lot of space?
No. Your trainer brings dumbbells, bands, mats and anything else the session needs. The space of a yoga mat plus a little room around it is enough. Condo gyms and parks work too.
Are your trainers certified and insured?
Yes. Every trainer is certified, insured and background-checked.
Can you train seniors or people with injuries?
Yes. We build low-impact plans for balance, strength and mobility, and can work alongside your physiotherapist or doctor.
Do you have Farsi-speaking trainers?
Yes. Several of our trainers speak both English and Farsi.
How long are sessions and when can you come?
Most sessions are 45 to 60 minutes. Trainers work mornings, evenings and some weekends.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reschedule for free with 24 hours' notice. A session missed without notice may be charged.
Which areas do you serve?
Richmond Hill (including Oak Ridges), Vaughan, Markham, Thornhill, North York and Aurora.
